Elbay won the Al-Wafd Critics’ Choice Award for Best Supporting Actress. She also won Best New Face for her MENA region television debut as Sara.
Rosaline hosted the opening ceremony of the 2019 El Gouna Film Festival, wearing a dress made of recycled plastic and handcrafted by UNHCR-sponsored refugee women.
