Drew Fehr was one of the students from Prairie Central High School in Illinois who just lost his life following a sledding accident at Copper Mountain ski resort in Frisco, Colorado, over the weekend.
Another student who lost his life was Dylan Bazzell. Both of them were seniors at Prairie Central High School in Illinois. Bazzell played on the football and basketball teams this school year.
Following the sad news, people are going on social media to pay tribute to the two students, and they are sharing condolence to the devasted family.
Drew Fehr Death: Prairie Central Student Sledding Crash Details
Drew Fehr passed away at Copper Mountain Ski Resort in Colorado Sunday evening, along with another Prairie Central High School senior, Dylan Bazzell.
The Summit County Sheriff’s Office reportedly responded to a sledding accident at Copper Mountain Ski Resort involving the deaths of two people at around 8:35 pm.

They were later recognized as Drew Fehr and Dylan Bazzell. The late souls were reported to be aged 17 and 18 years.
Moreover, Drew and Fehr rode partners down the half-pipe and launched off a large snowbank at the bottom. After that, they suffered blunt force trauma when they came down hard on the ice below.
Unfortunately, the students were pronounced dead at the scene after emergency medical services gave immediate medical attention and were unable to revive them.
Furthermore, the investigation into this case is still going on, and the Summit County Sheriff’s Office was unable to give any more details about this accident.

Drew Fehr was born to his supportive parents, Brian (Father) and Susan (Mother). His parents are reported to be from Fairbury, and they are currently mourning their son’s death.

On the other hand, another victim, Dylan, was the son of Darin and Lynette Bazzell. Both his father and mother are working as teachers in the Prairie Central school district, as per a report.
This heartbreaking loss has left everyone shattered, and many communities and the school have also released a statement giving tributes to the late students.

Drew Fehr was a young student who was in his senior year at Prairie Central High School. Besides, he was a talented basketball player who helped his team to win some games.

Also, Fehr took his school team to the regional championship. He played for the school football and basketball team during his senior year. He mainly played as a leading rusher, scorer and tackler.
Due to his performance, Fehr had three receiving touchdowns under his name. Prairie Central Superintendent Paula Crane said Drew and the other students were talented athletes.
