Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania – The Mount Pleasant community is grappling with profound sadness as Christian Hamilton, an alumnus of Westmoreland County Community College, has tragically passed away following a devastating motorcycle accident. The news has left family, friends, and colleagues in a state of shock and disbelief, mourning the loss of a young life cut short.
Christian’s passing was confirmed through a poignant social media post expressing the disbelief and sorrow of those close to him. The post reads, “Very sad to hear this awful news. I thought for sure you would pull through this. Unfortunately, God called you home earlier than expected.. 27 years just isn’t long enough.”
In the wake of this heartbreaking incident, Gabbi Hamilton, on behalf of the family, established a GoFundMe account on Friday, December 15, 2023. The purpose of the fundraiser is to assist with Christian Hamilton’s medical expenditures and other related expenses. The initial goal set for the fundraiser was $5,000, and as of the current update, $440 has been raised from the generosity of 7 donors.
An excerpt from the GoFundMe campaign plea states, “Please donate a few dollars to Christian. He has been in a terrible motorcycle accident on 12/10. Unfortunately, we will be using the money for funeral expenses.”
