Jorhomy “Jho” Rovero, Actor Andrew Schimmer’s wife, has passed away. The Actor announced the unfortunate news on Tuesday, December 20.

He announced his spouse’s demise in a video posted on Facebook. He is seen in tears as he delivers the sad information.

An emotional Andrew said he was taping for GMA Network’s game show Family Feud when he was told about his wife’s deteriorating health.

He canceled the filming and rushed to the hospital, where Jho had been kept for several months.

Jho was at the St. Luke’s Medical Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. On October 10, she was discharged but rushed back due to her unstable heart rate.

Based on her medical report on November 17, 2022, her digestive system, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation were “very stable.”

Andrew felt that Jho was fighting for her life. However, she later had severe asthma, leading to cardiac arrest, hypoxemia, and, eventually, her death.

The caption read, “The Love of my Life…my wife..my best friend.. my partner in everything. Remember your promise, together forever.”

“They did everything they could. It just hurts. I just want to inform you. Guys, thank you very much to those who prayed. The only pain is because our youngest’s birthday is later,” the Actor said.

Andrew then showed his deceased wife to his followers lying on a bed.

Responses To The Death Of Jho Rovero

Andrew Schimmer’s post about his wife’s death was flooded with condolences from colleagues and netizens.

Among those who reacted to the passing of Jho was his talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz.

He expressed condolence, “Always think: Jho is so thankful to you because there’s only one man from the start until the end of her struggle in life; she felt the depth of your love.”

“Jho closes her eyes; rest assured that your children are in good hands,” the post added.

Jho is survived by her two kids and her husband, Andrew Schimmer.

Their daughter, the elder child, is named Andrea Schimmer, while their son’s name is N/A.

When comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz interviewed him in his vlog, Andrew broke down when talking about his wife’s condition.

Andrew was open about his wife’s battles with illness and said he was determined to keep pushing regardless of the circumstances.

According to Andrew, the hope in the hearts of his children also kept him going. He emphasized that he did not want his kids of their mother’s full recovery to fade away.

He also did not want his children to grow up without their mom and experience the same pain and hole as he did when his mother passed away when he was only ten.
