Audrey Hale has been identified as the former Covenant Presbyterian School student, according to Metro Police Chief John Drake, who confirmed on Monday afternoon.

Police claimed Hale entered the school through a side entry while carrying two assault-style firearms and a handgun.
Officers went through the school’s first floor at 33 Burton Hills Boulevard when they heard gunfire coming from the second floor. According to Drake, Hale was killed by a police shooting.
MNPD claimed Hale had a manifesto that included a strategy and drawing. The Covenant School’s entrance locations were marked on a comprehensive map that the police claimed to have also discovered.
