The devastating news of Ngema’s passing was confirmed by his brother Ayanda Ngema, expressing profound sadness over the loss. Ayanda shared, “It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of my brother, Mbongeni Ngema. He was deeply devoted to his family, fans, and the entire community.”
Law enforcement responded to the scene of the accident, discovering Ngema trapped inside the vehicle, which had sustained significant damage. Despite efforts, Ngema, an iconic singer, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
