Investigators are looking into the unfortunate death of a young performer during a Christmas parade in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Just after 10:00 am, a truck driver lost control of his vehicle and struck the girl at a “low rate of speed” while dancing with her group. Police in Raleigh provided ABC11 with a confirmation on Saturday.

According to the arrest warrants, a $4,000 secured bond was given to Glass. The deceased dancer performed for CC & Co. Dance Complex.
In a statement released on Saturday, the dancing group pleaded with the public to “refrain from passing judgment on what occurred until we know more and the authorities have completed their investigation.”
Early Sunday morning saw, Glass was released from the Wake County Jail.
