Who Are Brian Fraser Parents? Father Sean Fraser And Mother- Sister Micaela Fraser
The Fraser family has been left unconsolable and devastated by the sudden loss of their beloved person. They are still processing the tragedy.
Brian Fraser was the son of Sean Fraser. He also has a sister, Micaela Fraser. The victim’s sister told the Free Press that their family is not ready to speak.

However, she doesn’t want her beloved brother’s name forgotten, as he was a light to their family. Micaela Fraser asked the Free Press reporter if he had a brother or sister.
The reporter answered, Yes, an elder brother. Brian’s sister said, “tell him your brother you love him.” The two high schools in Grosse Pointe had grief counselors on staff.
Grosse Pointe Superintendent Jon Dean described the event as “a horrific, unspeakable tragedy” that is hurting the Michigan State community, impacting the Grosse Pointe community.
On the other hand, Brian Fraser’s Father, Sean Fraser, said he was a good kid and was loved by everyone.
The Grosse Pointe South Swimming and Diving team expressed its “devastation” at the passing of former teammate and swimmer Brian Fraser in a Facebook post.
According to the post, Brian had a contagious smile and a great sense of humor that could make the whole crew laugh and light up the pool deck. “The entire Fraser family is in our thoughts and prayers.”
As of Tuesday afternoon, MSU Police reported that five gunshot victims at Berkey Hall were still treated in a hospital in severe condition.
Who Was Brian Fraser?
Brian Fraser was a sophomore student at MSU. He was originally from Grosse Pointe. The mass shooting victim participated in high school lacrosse as a varsity player.
At Michigan State University, Brian served as the chapter president of the Phi Delta Theta Michigan Beta Chapter. In a statement, the Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity expressed their shock at learning of his passing.
Additionally, the fraternity stated that Brian “was a tremendous friend to his Phi Delt brothers, the Greek community at Michigan State, and everyone he engaged with on campus” as the chapter Leader.
What Happened At MSU Mass Shooting?
At around 8 pm EST on 13 February, MSU Police and Public Safety reported the shooting in Michigan State University’s Berkey Hall.

The gunman, Anthony McRae, shot and killed two people in Berkey Hall and left the building. McRae entered at least two classrooms. Although students barricaded doors and took shelter, he shattered windows to evacuate.
Students were instructed either to run, hide, or fight. The shooter killed the third person at the MSU Union building.
Five others were injured between the two locations. McRae was then seen leaving the north side of the Union, near the campus border.
