She passed away at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, surrounded by her family and in the outstanding care of the nurses and staff.
For several years, Michelle Gannon, originally from Ballingore, Westmeath, Ireland, resided in Clonminch, Tullamore.

The Irish obituary website mentioned that Gannon was born to her parents, Bridget and JJ.
She had five brothers, John, Damien, David, Mark, Robert, and Michael, and three sisters, Rosanna, Elizabeth, and Laura.
Following the death of Michelle, the beloved Irish singer posted an obituary on his social media, canceling his upcoming event.
The statement read, “Due to the death of my sister-in-law Michelle Gannon. My concert on Thursday, February 23, at Radisson Blu Hotel Sligo will be rescheduled. Rest in Peace, Michelle.”
