No, Guillem “Guille” Morell and Sara are not married. However, they are still together as a couple as of July 2023.
After exiting the competition after many tense moments, the “eye detect” test showed that Guillem had not been physically intimate with anyone. Likewise, Sara explained that she took action due to her belief that Guillem had cheated on her.
The two talked through their issues and cleared things out, ultimately deciding to stay together as a couple.

To make matters worse, Guillem appeared to get intimate with another lady named Sara. Also, Guillem’s girlfriend, Sara, bonded with fellow contestants Aitor and Asier, even kissing the former.
The next day, host Mónica Naranjo showed the clips to Guillem and Irene (Asier’s girlfriend), seemingly the last straw for Guillem. Further, Sara’s answers to some eye detect questions revealed that she was enjoying her time without her boyfriend.
Heartbroken over the development, Guillem entered the villa and was ready to develop a connection with someone else. He tried bonding with Daura and later with Paloma.
The host told Guillem and Sara that they could talk with each other, but that would disqualify them from the competition. Guillem agreed to leave without caring about the money and clear things with Sara.
