Mark Kellar’s legacy began at Northern Illinois University (NIU), where he excelled as a fullback, setting records and earning a coveted place in the NIU Hall of Fame. His exceptional contributions to NIU football included leading the nation in rushing, and his jersey, bearing the number 31, was retired to honor his achievements.
