Marcus T. Paulk, the former child star, wasn’t arrested recently. However, he was arrested with the same charge seven years ago.
Recent reports about Paulk being arrested are false and appear to have been shared to get public attention. Or might it be that the reporter misunderstood the 2015 case of the star as a recent one?
According to TMZ, Marcus T. Paulk was arrested on 1 February 2015 in Arizona for a DUI and drug possession.
According to law enforcement sources, the singer was believed to have been arrested after a Super Bowl Party by Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies and blew a.109. A bag of marijuana was also purportedly found with him.

Paulk was stopped in Scottsdale for following too closely to the emergency vehicles in a routine stop. He allegedly failed a field sobriety test and admitted to having consumed Hennessy and marijuana earlier in the day, according to the Police.
Marcus T. Paulk Received A One-Year Unsupervised Probabation
Later in March 2015, the My Time Is Money singer was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation.
The then-28-year-old musician reportedly pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of DUI.
This was not Marcus’ first run-in with the law. In 2013, the rapper was detained for reportedly punching and kicking his ex-girlfriend but avoided jail by entering a plea agreement.
He was released from jail on 23 August 2013. Back then, he was accused of punching his ex-girlfriend, Andi Roxx, in her chin during a fight over and kicking her in the stomach.
Roxx allegedly swung back and punched Marcus in the lip.
