The tragic incident unfolded in the early hours of Tuesday, October 2nd, 2023, when police responded to a distress call made by three males who had been assaulted. The incident occurred on Commercial Street in downtown Halifax, where three individuals were found with stab wounds. All three victims were swiftly transported to the hospital for medical attention.
According to Detective Chief Inspector Matt Holdsworth, a senior investigating officer, “We have specialist officers supporting both of their families and are determined to get answers for them and ensure that the person or people responsible are made to face justice for their actions.
