Ezra Miller, who identifies as non-binary and prefers they/them pronouns, has been in the top news since May 2022.
Miller was always interested in acting and singing; they started to take a lesson as an opera singer for a while.
They were clear about getting into the acting industry long ago, so Miller’s first debut film was in 2008 (AfterSchool).
Since 2008 they have been giving back-to-back popular movies; his recent film, released in 2022 titled “Dalíland,” got an equal amount of love and appreciation as always.
But after the case of harassment and Burglary charges, they have been getting more negative comments.

Is Ezra Miller In Jail?
Miller, charged with Burglary into an occupied home and petit larceny, can face up to 26 years in prison if convicted of both charges.
They were accused of breaking into a residence in Stamford, Vermont, on May 1, 2022. After the news was released, the investigation got strict, and they discovered several missing bottles of alcohol from the property while the homeowners were out.

After getting into the court in September 2022, Miller claimed that the place was of their childhood friend, who believed in them and gave them the extra key to use.
Then, the court pushed the date to October 17, 2022, on the same date they pleaded not guilty to the charges. So, the next hearing is on January 13, 2023.
Hopefully, clear information will get to know after January 13, 2023. Currently, Miller is under the eyes of Police but not in jail.
If they become guilty of the charges of Burglary, then they might get charged with a $1,000 maximum and 25-26 years of jail.
For now, Miller has agreed to the contract of not contacting any of his family, hoping that he has been telling the truth in court and the news will get public soon.
Arrest And Charges With Disorderly Conduct And Harassment
Along with a Burglary charge in 2022, he was arrested and charged for other illegal work he did.
On June 28, 2022, he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, whereas on June 26, 2022, he was accused of harassment.
During the arrest with disorderly conduct, he was found with 20 grams of marijuana in their possession.
The Actor was charged with drugs, but later the charge was dropped against him, but he faced a penalty of $600 for two citations of disorderly conduct.
During the case, they also claimed that he commonly smokes pot, which is harmless for their health.
Now talking about the Harassment case, in June 2022, the mother of a 12-year-old girl placed an order against Miller.

The mother claimed that he had been showing interest in his daughter for a long time, and he talked about starting a clothing brand with her daughter.
Miller had known the family since February; he was taking an interest since he knew them, the victim’s mother claimed.
When the incident happened, the victim’s mother said that the Actor came without notice into their House with a bulletproof vest and brandished a gun before pestering the child by uncomfortably touching the girl’s hips.
But there has not been any information regarding the harassment charges he might face after the Burglary.
