The Pearlridge Center Mall and Pali Momi Medical Center were immediately placed on lockdown following the shooting report at 98-200 Kamehameha Hwy. Aiea, HI, leading to heightened security measures.
Amidst the chaos, one individual was injured during the incident, prompting the response of Honolulu Police Department, Honolulu Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The victim, identified as Theresa Cachuela, the owner of the renowned House Of Glam salon, tragically succumbed to her injuries at the mall parking lot. She was described as a female in her 30s.
