During that time, Lewis used to exercise at the gym before work and used to eat 1200 calories a day. After that, she used to exercise on the cross trainer at home for an hour each night.

On the weekend, she would do a double session at the gym. Meanwhile, Saturday and Sunday was her day of rest, where she just used to walk for an hour. Despite the strict diet and exercise program for 12 weeks, she just lost 2.5kg in total.
Due to that, she was disappointed. However, Lewis came back and went to the gym. Due to her hard work and dedication, Hayley was able to lose more weight.
