The 32-year-old is in hot water for the alleged charge of sexual acts with a 16-year-old minor student.
The victim, a girl, alleged that Pawares repeatedly had sex with her in his car and at her house earlier in February.
A day after he was arrested, Mr. Mac got out on bail; but he was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor.

Franklin High School: Pawares Pathompornvivat Arrested
Franklin High School teacher Pawares Pathompornvivat was arrested on February 17, 2023, for sexual charges.
Pathompornvivat, a science teacher at the Seattle-based high school, was arrested from the school for indecent acts on a minor student.
According to the charging papers, he was released on a $100,000 bail the next day.
Pawares is a 32-year-old accused of having repeated sexual encounters with a 16-year-old student.

The victim, a student at Franklin High School, informed the school officials and the police earlier, resulting in the teacher’s arrest.
Franklin High School Principal Joseph Williams III emailed parents on Sunday, stating that district employees moved quickly after receiving the report.
The email did not name the employee but implied that he was put on leave and banned from entering any Seattle Public Schools buildings or contacting students, their families, and staff.
Mr. Williams III encouraged any staff members or students who have experienced sexual harassment to report the conduct to the school employees or the authorities.

Pawares Pathompornvivat Charges
Pawares Pathompornvivat was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor.
He was arrested on February 17 and released the next day on bail.
On Thursday, February 23, Pathompornvivat was charged with sexual misconduct with a minor charge.
The 32-year-old was also charged with communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.

Prosecutors say that Mr. Mac allegedly sent the victim more than 3,000 texts and emailed messages during that period, most of which were sexually explicit.
The victim accused Mr. Mac of having sex with her in his car and at her home during the first two weeks of February.
In the charging papers, Senior Deputy Prosecutor Emily Peterson wrote that the defendant abused his position of trust.
She added that the Seattle Public School high school teacher abused his authority by having sexual intercourse on multiple occasions with a student.
Moreover, the victim said that Pathompornvivat had previously had sexual relations with another student.
The investigation will examine whether the teacher had indecent relationships with other students.
Pawares Pathompornvivat is scheduled for arraignment on March 9.
