Gauri Khan, the wife of Shahrukh Khan, and others named in a FIR lodged, under a non-bailable section of the IPC, over a property purchase in Lucknow, India.
In a recent development, Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, Gauri Khan, come under scrutiny for her purchase of property, with a complaint being filed against her. The complaint alleges that Gauri Khan acquires the property through questionable means, and that the purchase is not legitimate. This raise questions about the legality of the transaction and the source of the funds used to purchase the property. The case has been registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for criminal breach of trust. According to reports in the Indian media, a resident of Juhu in Mumbai has alleged that Gauri Khan, who is the brand ambassador for a construction company, has not relinquished possession of a flat despite receiving a payment of Rs. 86 lakh.
In addition to Gauri Khan, the complaint was also filed against Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, the CMD of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited, and Mahesh Tulsiyani, a director of the company.
According to reports, Shahrukh Khan had purchased a flat after being influenced by Gauri Khan, who was the brand ambassador for the company at the time. However, the purchase has now come under scrutiny due to allegations of irregularities.
Meanwhile, in a recent interview, Gauri Khan revealed what she finds to be the most annoying habit of her husband, Shahrukh Khan.
