According to Routh’s ex-girlfriend Jennifer, they had on-and-off bonding throughout their dating history. Moreover, they had many highs and lows in their relationship.
A night before the murder of Chris Kyle and Chad Littlefield, Eddie was smoking pot at his home. Later, he called his lover, Jennifer, because he heard and saw strange things.

Routh was going to tie the knot with Jennifer before the incident happened. Also, he dropped to his knees to ask his ex-girlfriend to marry him and cried until she said yes.
The former couple met for the first time through an online dating site in the spring of 2012. Furthermore, Jennifer thought Routh was cheerful and outgoing, but it changed.
A few months after dating, Jennifer started seeing a drastic change in his behavior. He called her a demon who was trying to take his peace and threatened to hit her with a ninja sword.

But Jennifer stood still until the outburst when Routh killed American sniper Chris Kyle and Chad Littlefield. Furthermore, she came out as a defendant for Routh during court hearings.
Unfortunately, Eddie was found guilty of brutally murdering Kyle and Littlefield on February 24, 2015.

Later, the trial judge, Jason Cashon, immediately sentenced him to life imprisonment with no bailout.
Currently, Mr. Routh is spending his life behind bars at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Ramsey Unit in Brazoria County, Texas.

Eddie Ray Routh Family Ethnicity
American Sniper Killer Eddie Ray Routh was born on September 30, 1987, to Mr. Raymond Ray Routh Sr. and Mrs. Jodi Routh. He spent his childhood with his sister, Larua Bess Routh, in Lancaster, Texas.
Eddie belongs to the white Caucasian ethnic background. Moreover, he is Native American by his nationality so far.
Routh’s mother, Jodi, said she first met Chris Kyle at a Texas-based school where she serves as an assistant. She also stated that her son, Eddie, has PTSD and alcohol abuse.

Routh told his sister that he took their (Chris and Chad)’s souls before they could take his. She asked why he did, and he said they were hunting out to get him killed.
