The recent demise of Prashant Narula, a 44-year-old bike enthusiast and director of Narula Udyog Group, has shaken the nation following a tragic accident on the KMP expressway. Narula and his friend Parmit Sood lost their lives in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred after a trailer truck abruptly braked, causing an eight-vehicle pile-up.
The accident, involving high-end motorcycles like BMW and Harley Davidson, took place around 9.45 am on a Sunday morning, leading to the loss of two lives and injuries to four others, as confirmed by the police department.
Eyewitnesses revealed the chain of events, citing a traffic snarl near Bilaspur initiated by the sudden braking of a trailer truck. The collision sequence involved a Hyundai i20, a BMW X7, an open-body truck, and a container truck.

His family, grieving his loss, conducted his last rites on December 4, 2023, with the cremation held at Punjab Bagh West. Tributes and condolences poured in from various sources, marking the impact of his life and the sorrow at his sudden departure.
