With an impressive 25-year career, Catherine Ball became a prominent figure in Ontario’s physical therapy landscape. Graduating with honors in 1996 from Leeds Metropolitan University in Yorkshire, England, she devoted over 11 years to hospital-based physiotherapy before venturing into private practice. In 2008, Catherine fulfilled her dream of opening Perth Physiotherapy, a practice characterized by personalized care.
Catherine was passionate about aiding individuals on their path to recovery. Her practice focused on individualized attention, emphasizing correct spinal alignment. She integrated various techniques, including core and stability strengthening, acupuncture, joint mobilizations, and soft tissue release, into her treatments.
