Noah Spriggs not only served as a dedicated firefighter but also made valuable contributions to the Riggs D.C. team, where he played an integral role in the grand opening of the Lore Group’s inaugural property in the United States, a hotel.
As a guest service agent, Noah was actively involved in ensuring the readiness of hotel rooms and public areas for the grand opening. Beyond his regular duties, he generously shared his knowledge and expertise by teaching the OPERA system to colleagues who sought guidance. Noah also collaborated with the management team to develop standard operating procedures for both the OPERA system and guest service operations, enhancing the overall guest experience.
In addition to his role at the Lore Group, Noah held a concurrent position at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where he served as a Guest Service Agent. In this capacity, he managed the check-in and check-out processes for guests, addressed their needs, and resolved any issues that arose during their stay. Noah was also responsible for package logging and assisted with phone inquiries, consistently offering solutions to guests.
