The altercation unfolded just after midnight, prompting a swift response from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office to the scene located off Opelousas Street. The victims, aged between 15 and 19, were swiftly taken to a hospital, with one victim in critical condition and transferred to an out-of-town medical facility.
