In a shocking and tragic incident, the online community mourns the loss of Inquisitor, a 23-year-old Italian Call of Duty cosplayer, who was found dead on October 9, 2023. The young internet celebrity, known for his cosplays as Simon “Ghost” Riley from the Call of Duty franchise, tragically ended his own life while broadcasting on TikTok. The disturbing video, which has since been removed from the platform, depicted Inquisitor hanging himself just out of the camera’s view, followed by sounds of breaking glass, CPR attempts, and anguished cries in Italian. Despite efforts to intervene, it was alleged that the 23-year-old passed away.
Inquisitor, also recognized as Inquisitor Ghost and Inquisitore3, had amassed a significant following of nearly 200,000 devoted fans on TikTok. His content featured musical performances, dance routines, and occasional appearances with a red lightsaber, a signature item associated with the Sith in the Star Wars universe.
Tragically, prior to this devastating incident, Inquisitor had faced online controversy. He was accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior akin to grooming on online message boards in September. Screenshots allegedly revealed statements of affection towards a teenager and expressed desires to marry her.
