Harold “Rob” Mallory, Leiba, driving a 2017 Chevrolet Spark at a high speed, veered off the roadway while transitioning from the southbound flyover to State Hwy. 35. Despite her attempts to regain control, her car ended up in the median between the southbound and northbound lanes, causing it to become airborne.
The collision with a Ford SUV in the northbound lane resulted in Leiba’s vehicle rolling off the road. Despite prompt emergency response, Destiny Leiba succumbed to the injuries sustained in the crash.
