A newly surfaced video shows the horrific incident that unfolded at Maxwell Street Express in Chicago. A man was killed during an argument by a mere 14-year-old kid at his mother’s request.
As a result, the Chicago woman and her 14-year-old son are now being charged with murder. This happened after a physical dispute inside a fast food restaurant which turned fatal when the lady reportedly instructed her son to fire rounds at a 32-year-old man.
The first-degree murder charges against Carlishia Hood, 35, and her adolescent son arise from the shooting death of Jeremy Brown on Sunday night at a West Pullman eatery.
Hood, who was also charged with a felony count of aiding a minor’s delinquency, was held on a $3 million D-bond during a hearing on Thursday; to be released from detention, she must pay 10% of this sum.
She will appear in juvenile court with her son, whose identity has not been made public.

According to Assistant State’s Attorney, at around 11 pm on Sunday, Hood and her son drove to the Maxwell Street Express restaurant in the 11600 block of South Halsted Street to purchase dinner.
While her kid remained in their car, Hood allegedly got into a verbal altercation with Brown inside.
Hood and Brown had not previously interacted. According to McCord Rodgers, Brown started pounding Hood in the head at least three times, and the argument intensified and grew physical.
While the physical altercation occurred, the 14-year-old allegedly entered the eatery, took a handgun from his sweatshirt pocket, and shot Brown in the back.
According to McCord Rodgers, Hood urged her son to kill Brown as the adolescent chased after Brown and fired more bullets at him as he escaped from the eatery. Brown was struck twice and eventually passed away from his wounds.
